Originally from British Columbia, Canada, Micah came to Hawaii in 2017 and quickly fell in love with the ocean and became obsessed with freediving, spearfishing, sailing, surfing and scuba diving. She finds immense peace and calmness in and around water and holds high respect for the ocean knowing it can be friendly but powerful. Her wish is to encourage comfortability and ocean safety for her students. Micah discovered she could share her passion through teaching others to overcome physical and mental obstacles of freediving in a safe environment. Respecting the ecosystem is vital and learning proper techniques and procedures allows a safe and fun experience for everyone. She prides herself in her professional skills and love for the sports. Her loving, kind and bubbly spirit is the key to helping others to have a memorable and often life changing experience in and on the water.
