I went from AIDA to Molchanovs to FII! Level 1 freediver is a fundamental course for all freedivers. It provides a lot of safety information and drills that help you become a better and safer freediver. A lot more awareness on safety in the FII compared to other agencies I’ve taken classes from. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be a better freediver.
