I have been spearfishing for a couple of years and wanted to know more about safety and properly diving to deeper depths. The course for freediving level 1 is very foundational. It's something that more divers including spearfishers should take for the safety aspects alone. The material was very straightforward and progressive. I never felt overwhelmed by information. I recommend this course to anyone who wants to have fun diving and increased safety. I can't believe how much I learned for the time and money I invested in the course. It's truly a bargain.

Andreas is great instructor. I learned so much under his coaching. I came away from the course with a far greater appreciation for safety. I was able to double my personal bests for time and depth - a truly awesome thing given this was only a two day course. And it was a very fun course. Andreas' style was very inviting for all of the class participants and we bonded as a team.
