This was a great course! Lucie is an amazing instructor, very energetic and passionate about free diving. She made the course fun and insured the learning objectives were met. She was very encouraging during the practical application of the skills learned and helped me achieve personal best in static breath hold as well as reaching new depths on my dive. I've been training SCUBA divers since mid 70's and operated dive businesses in Florida , Belize, and Virgin Islands. I've had dozens of instructors over the years and as a new free diver I'd rate Bobby as one of the best for his ability to communicate and patience. He made gasping for breath rewarding.

Took a level 1 course with Joe D'Agostino in Destin. Great course and an awesome instructor.

After years of spearfishing I decided to give freediving a shot and absolutely enjoyed the Level 1 course. Dan Koval was great at communicating his knowledge of freediving and made the 3 days enjoyable. My friends stated that I could skip the level 1 class and go straight to the level 2 since I already could do a 20M dive. After the classes I can honestly say it wasn’t all about diving deep and getting to the bottom. I learned to dive 20M more effectively to prepare me for deeper dives. I learned about safety, gear, and also learned that I am 100% interested in pursuing freediving. All I can say is that I had a good time and so should you

Aloha All - wanted to stop by here and leave a note for all to read and think about before & after you take this class. My Instructor was Enchante Gallardo and she was amazing to say the least. Very knowledgeable and applied a lot of free diving instruction to every day life and that helped me learn a lot from the course. I'm a older ex hockey player and after 12 knee surgeries things don't quit bend like they should and she was able to guide me flawlessly through the course utilizing my strengths to accomplish what was needed to pass the course & learn some very useful information isn't that right "Coach"... Anyways, I think if your looking for someone who can just guide you comfortably and make you feel like you can do it wayyyyy before you convince yourself you can - shes the Coach for you.. Thanks for everything Enchante and I know I won't ever be as good as you but I bet I am at hockey :) Aloha All
