My experience taking the level 1 freediving course was more than I expected and was very informative. Our instructor Matthew Pasa was extremely thorough and patient. He answered all of our questions with a very good knowledge of the subject. His training and friendliness to everyone's needs was what I needed to get through the class. I look forward to going out diving with him again to polish up my skills as a newly certified freediver!

Matthew Pasa with @teachmetofreedive and Florida Freedivers was an excellent instructor with vast knowledge of the physiology of Freediving as well as great, calm instruction in the water. I’d highly recommend diving with him for anyone curious about Freediving or looking to be a safer spear fisherman.
