I would recommend this class to anyone interested on free diving and wanting to better their skills while learning the correct way to do it. This class is geared to learning safety which is imperative in this sport. Brice

Instructor: Jonathan Dickinson
The instructions were very informative and Jonathan made sure everyone understood. The open water drills were great and Jonathan made sure we were all able to preform our requirements with no pressure from the instructor. i was amazed at how everyone was able to hit the diving depths all on the first attempt.

Matthew Pasa was a fantastic instructor, very involved in each students progression. That is probably why everyone in the course achieved their personal best! I would recommend this course and instructor to anyone with the desire to get better and do it the right way.

Instructor: Matthew Pasa
I am incredibly grateful to have had Matthew Pasa as an instructor. He had the in-depth knowledge and experience to teach the full course material and answer questions that came up throughout the class. He has a great ability of recognizing common problems and misunderstandings of inexperienced or new divers and being able to relate information in a way that is easy to understand. Overall it was a great class, he is a wonderful instructor.
