Amazing class and a real eye opener on safety. Our instructor Errol has an amazing gift to teach his students. My son took the Jr Level 1 class and has been so focused and eager for the next day of diving/spearfishing due to the knowledge and comfort in knowing the proper safety and freedive techniques he learned during the 2 day class. I highly reccomend Errol Putigna as an FII instructor not only for his knowledge but also his ability to connect with his audience.

I recently took the level 1 freediving course with Errol out in Spanish Cay with my 2 sons and their friends, I stepped into the class as a complete novice diver, before taking the class I never felt comfortable diving pass 10 ft.... At the conclusion of the level 1 course I was able to hold my breath for 3mins and feel at home under 40ft of water, I never thought I would ever be capable of such feats! Errol is a great coach/instructor and encourage all of us to reach our goals in the classroom and on the water and mostly to always place safety first.... Thanks Errol for the new skill and confidence under the sea, you-the-man!

My Daughter Heather and I had the opportunity to take the Level 1 Freediver course with Matthew Pasa this past weekend. Matt did a fantastic job enlightening our group and providing us with the tools needed to safely enjoy this outstanding sport. This course is a must if you plan to do any freediving. The focus on safety will make you re-think all the dives you did prior to the class. Errol was top-notch and his passion for the sport and safety was apparent throughout the course. This class is a must! Looking forward to Level 2!
